Meet with you to show us your electrical outlet, water hose connection, and a safe designated area for the foam party. Our team will set up the foam machine and speaker music. We will turn on the foam cannon and music at your scheduled start time. Your guests are now free to enter the Foam Zone and start partying!

IS THE FOAM SAFE FOR KIDS AND PETS?

Yes, to all the above. Foam parties are great on areas that are flat and free of debris and obstructions. We want this to be a safe and friendly foam environment for all that enter our foam area.
HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR A UP-N-AIR FOAM PARTY?
A typical backyard is great! Ideal space is about 30 x 30 ft, but we can adjust layout – driveways, side yards, cul-de-sacs.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
We require access to a ground 3-prong electrical 120 VAC (outlet that works)
Water hose connection within 75 feet of our setup.
SHOULD I WEAR GOGGLES?
For most people goggles are needed. However, for young children under the age of 5 we strongly suggest wearing goggles since the foam will be close to eye level. No irritation should occur since our foam is hypoallergenic, but small children can have a hard time removing the bubbles from their eyes and become overwhelmed.

HOW DO WE CLEAN UP THE FOAM?
The foam disappears on its own within a couple of hours. For quicker dissolving, you can spray water on the foam, and it will disappear quickly.

WHAT IS YOUR RAIN POLICY?
You are able to reschedule, delay, or cancel your foam party only a 4 hours before your schedule event time if it is raining. You will receive a 100% refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
No worries, foam parties still work GREAT in the rain. Only lightning or unsafe weather conditions trigger a free reschedule .
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
nonrefundable cancellation. Rescheduling will be accommodating free of charge. This policy is to protect every customer’s ability to book their desired time slot. Cancellations result in another customer not being able to book that time slot. We thank you for your understanding.
IS IT SLIPPERY?
Our foam is airy, not slick. The foam does not make the ground very slippery at all. Concrete, asphalt, and rubber stay safe with normal “walk-don’t sprint” rules, While grass lawns can get a little slicker. We don’t recommend dirt surfaces because they get muddy. You can always wear shoes just to be safe, but they will get damp.
